Shutdown restrictions cripple life again in Kashmir
Life is again on halt today as authorities have imposed restrictions in downtown Srinagar and have closed all schools and colleges here.government in past few months has closed schools and colleges at the drop of hat to not allow students to have any space to mourn or protest civilian killings in Kashmir valley.
Reports said that after the call of JRL for shutdown life is paralysed in entire Kashmir with shops business houses closed.entire south kashmir is tense after four youth were killed by army and security forces at the encounter site in line with army chief bipin rawat doctrine that any civilian is a terrorist if he tries to disrupt anti militancy operation in Kashmir .
