Srinagar,B): The meritorious Junior Engineer (JE) Parvaiz Ahmad Shah who in a FIR filed against him during his tenure at FIR division Shopian and was retired thus in 2015 along with some 27 other officials and then reinstated again by Double Bench Court Judgment in 2017 has urged the General Administration Department to speed up his case .

While talking to the Kashmir News Bureau, Parvaiz  Ahmad Shah , stated “ Despite the clear orders by the honorable High Court to reinstate me the government went in appeal against me which has been dismissed by the court on 5 March, 2018 . The earlier Judgment too was clearly in my favour and I urge the GAD to speed up the process of reinstating me soon as I have suffered a lot due to these undue delays .”

 It is pertinent to mention that from 2013 for three consecutive years the said official bagged meritorious award in District Bandipora on eve of Republic day for his commendable services.
