Independent law maker of langate Engineer Rasheed has asked state chief minister Mehbooba Mufti to return his identity card as he said was retained by men in uniform after stopping him to enter kupwara. He asked Mehbooba Mufti why he was being thrashed arrested and humiliated by police on daily basis. He told media yesterday when he was detained by police in Handwara that he was feeling insecure and was being threatened and humiliated.He held fast and sit in to press for the release of youth under PSA by authorities.
