curfew like restrictions on saturday to prevent protests
Authorities have imposed severe restrictions in Srinagar city to prevent protests on the call of separatists on saturday. Reports said that most parts of downtown Srinagar woke up to concertina wires laid by police to declare restrictions.
Joint Resistance Leadership has given bandh call and has appealed people to protest against the killing of Hurriyat leader allegedly by recently revived counter insurgents in Budgham district. They have also clubbed recent SC intervention stopping police to proceed against the Army major in the killing of civilians by him at Ganwavpora shopian .
