Mehbooba and police chief tweet on shopian encounter
While state police chief SP Vaid has tweeted that the boy Shakir and two girls were wounded In crossfire in Sauteng village of shopian. State CM Mehbooba Mufti has tweeted that she is distressed to know about killing of a young boy and critically injuring of two girls in shopian protests. In the same tweet she has prayed for the end of violence cycle In Kashmir.
Giving details of the encounter SP Vaid has tweeted that two militants have been killed in this encounter and they have recovered weapons also. He has said in the tweet that unfortunately a young boy was killed and two girls received gunshot injuries in crossfire.
