Light rains,snow in upper reaches from 5th jan:MET

The meteorological department of the Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday has predicted light rains, snow in upper reaches of the valley from January 05th, 2018.
An official from the Meteorological department said that “there are chances of light rain, snow in upper reaches of the valley.
The Srinagar city on Tuesday night has recorded minus 4.1 degree Celsius temperature, Qazigund has recorded minus 4.0.
Tourist destination Pahalgam has recorded minus 6.1, Gulmarg minus 6.8, Kupwara minus 3.8 and Kokernag minus 1.7.
The Jammu city has recorded 4.3, while Banihal has recorded 0.0, Katra 6.2 and Baderwah has recorded 0.1
