Restrictions imposed, Yasin Malik arrested in Kashmir

Police on Friday morning arrested JKLF chief Yasin Malik and has been sent to central jail Kashmir. Rail service from Banihal to Baramulla has been suspended in Kashmir on Friday as a precautionary measure on police advisory railway official said. Police on Friday morning had laid concertina wire at number of places on roads of Srinagar city to prevent protests on the call of seperatists. JKLF had asked people of Kashmir to protests against what they called growing civilian killing in the name of anti militancy operations.
Jamia masjid of Srinagar under the jurisdiction of police station Nowhatta has been sealed and there would be no Friday prayers there.
