Clashes, gunfight going on in shopian village
There have been clashes going on till this report was being filed between people and search party of army and security forces in Wanipora village of shopian. Reports said that on Monday evening 42 RR and SOG wing of Jammu and Kashmir state police after credible inputs about the presence of militants in the village ringed the area. When they zeroed on the house where militants were hiding it triggered gunfight and protests simultaneously in the area.
Reports said that clashes were going on and police along with CRPF were preventing people to move to encounter site by using force.more details of the incident are awaited.
