DSEK to seal private schools, coaching centers
Directorate of school education kashmir has decided to seal all those private schools and coaching centers who are violating the vacation norms and other rules set by them.
Some private schools were trying to complete the syllabus and they may face sealing by DSEK. Reports said that all the chief education officers in Kashmir valley have been told to seal all private education institutions who have not published thier fee structure in local newspapers.
The private coaching centers operating in Kashmir valley have alleged bias and intimidation by the authorities. They said they were facing lot of harassment at the hands of education officers and said that in the same state in Jammu region no such harassment was being done.many private coaching centers have levelled the allegations of corruption against top officials of school education.They have appealed Education minister and chief minister Mehbooba Mufti to save them from intimidation by the officers.
