Burglar arrested in Anantnag , stolen goods recovered :
ANANTNAG:-Police Station Kokernag received a written Complaint from one person namely Mohammad Afzal Mir son of Gh Mohiuddin Mir Resident of Narowpora Watnad Kokernag in which he stated that he has parked his vehicle at road side and some unknown burglar stolen one tyre of his vehicle , a police spokesman told Sachnews Jammu Kashmir .
On this information Police station Kokernag lodged a report and investigation was set into motion .
On the directions of SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan, a police party of Police station kokernag headed by SHO Kokernag inspector Raja Tasleem raided various suspected places and established Nakas and sealed all link roads in order to trace the Burglar.
After strenuous efforts, Police arrested one suspected person namely Rouf Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammad Maqbool Bhat Resident of Panjgam Kokernag and recovered stolen goods from his possession .
An FIR NO 217/2017 Under section 379 RPC registered in Police station Kokernag and further investigation is taken up.
