Encounter at Newburgh Kulgham
Army and security forces have cordoned off Nowbugh Kund area near Qazigund in Kulgham on Tuesday morning and it has triggered a gunfight.
Reports that more army men and paramilitary forces were being rushed to the area as the reports of protests by adjacent villages are also pouring in.Gunfight was going on till this report was being filed.
