Three militants and a soldier killed in Pulwama gunfight:Vaid
Three militants were killed in a gunfight with government forces in Aglar Kandi village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said.
An official said that gunfight erupted after forces cordoned off the village following inputs about the presence of militants.
“Gunfight started after hiding militants opened fire on the forces,” he said.
Director General of Police (DGP) S P Vaid said that three militants have been killed in the gunfight.
In a tweet, he said three militants and an army man have been killed in the gunfight.
