Two militants killed during infiltration at LoC:Army
Army on Sunday claimed to have foiled an infiltration bid by killing two militants on the Line of Control (LoC) in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Defence Ministry spokesman Colonel Rajesh Kalia said two militants were killed in Uri sector after “alert troops foiled the infiltration bid”.
“A search operation is ongoing in the area,” he said.
A policeman was killed and another injured after militants attacked a police party in Rajpora area of Pulwama district yesterday. (With IANS inputs)
