Congress policy planning group constituted under the chairmanship of former PM Manmohan Singh will visit J&K state again on November 10. The group this time will be led by former union home minister P.Chidambram. The group will visit Kargil and Leh and will finally deliver its report to congress high command for the final decision to make a policy of how to resolve Kashmir dispute.
