Hurriyat to wait for dialogue to take shape

Joint resistance leadership of Kashmir is caught in a delimma after the offical talks offer from center. Huriyat is keen to know about the engagement of new delhi with Pakistan. In past Pakistan engaged with new delhi even after Huriyat was excluded from dialogue.
Joint resistance leadership of Kashmir based separatists organisation has decided to wait and watch on the issue of dialogue with official representative of government of India Dineshwar Sharma.
A senior Huriyat leader talking to vov said that they were in favour of dialogue but before giving any formal response they will like to know the terms of engagement. He said that killing and intimidation must stop and the central government must show on the ground that they are for reconciliation and peace in J&K.
The Huriyat leader further disclosed to vov that the joint leadership of Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik will discuss the offer of dialogue only when it reaches to them.
On the ground in Kashmir nothing has changed so far. On Wednesday morning army,security forces and police have started a massive search operation in dozens of villages of Shopian to flush out the militants while as separatists have given a general strike call for Friday calling the arrival of army on October 1947 as a black day.
