protest by Islamia College students
Students of Islamia College held protests against the increase in braid chopping incidents in kashmir valley on monday morning.
Reports said that students wanted to come on streets but thier teachers allowed them to register thier protest. This resulted in resumption of class work in the college.
Meanwhile there are strange rumours making rounds in Srinagar city about braid chopping incidents and police has appealed people not to pay any heed to rumours aimed at inciting violence and unrest.
