KU students, scholars hold protests
Hundreds of students residing in different hostels within the campus including scholars from thier hostel held massive protests on thrusday against the growing incidents of braid chopping in kashmir.
They were carrying banners and raising salogens against the government and police for thier failure to curb these incidents of braid chopping. The students rediculed the recent statement of Director general of state police S P Vaid being qouted in media that all victims were either depression patients or attention seekers.they have demanded immediate arrest of the culprits responsible for the attacks on women of kashmir.
It is in place to mention that joint resistance leadership has appealed people and students to hold protests on thrusday and Friday against the increasing number of incidents of braid chopping in kashmir.
