Latest news from Leh town suggest that now calm has prevailed after the successful meeting of all religious heads recently.reports said that people of Ladakh region have decided to iron out thier differences by dialogue and this positive message has gone well in Leh town where despite days of October there is huge tourist rush.
It is in place to mention that things in Leh town took an ugly turn when ladakh Buddhist Association ( LBA ) gave an ultimatum to muslim Kargil traders to leave the town following an incident in which a buddisist girl married a Muslim boy and both of them fled to jammu.
