As more villagers migrate centre to study thier problems

The fresh border shelling in many sectors of Jammu region has lead to more migration from the forward villages near the line of control. The renewed border clashes has made life of border residents not only miserable but vulnerable also.In the past few months they have been bearing the brunt of indo pak hostility.

Reports said about 4000 people from Arina sector of Jammu on international border were forced to leave thier homes and live in shelter sheds for safety

Similarly hundreds of families have migrated from Rajouri and Poonch sectors in view of increasing border clashes. The killing of two teenagers in Poonch sector recently has shown once more how vulnerable are the lives of border residents. The central government has assured the displaced families that they would be taken care of without opertionalising the assurances.the latest news from the central government is that they have formed study group to submit it’s report within two months to union home ministry so that border residents of Jammu region can be helped.the displaced border residents are awaiting the help from the central government.
