Mehbooba is anguished by Poonch killings
Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has appealed for calm on borders while expressing anguish over the killing of three teenagers at Poonch by shelling.
She has directed administration to provide all possible help and specialised treatment to the injured civilians of Poonch shelling victims.
