No ban on Moharram procession says government
While refuting news report published today by srinagar based English daily, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan said that there would be no ban on Moharram processions in kashmir.
He said that government has already given the necessary permission for the Moharram procession in Srinagar and other parts as per traditional routes and all arrangements have been put in place.
