North Kashmir tense after Sopore gunfight
Although authorities have imposed restrictions in all the sensitive areas especially in Phalhan on monday but many areas of North Kashmir remained tense.
The two slain militants were identified by police as they were killed in shanketgund areas of sopore on monday. Internet service was suspended and due to alleged killing of kupwara youth by army educational institutions were closed by authorities in kupwara Baramulla and bandipora districts.
Reports said that there were some small protests in pattan and phalhan on monday evening. more details are awaited.
