Former JD-U national president Sharad Yadav may be disqualified as a member of the Rajya Sabha. Rajya Sabha chairman M Venkaiah Naidu can take a decision on this provided a complaint is lodged against Yadav. Legal teams representing the JDU and the BJP are working towards this as you read this. Under what rules Sharad Yadav can attract a disqualification is still undecided. A final call will be taken only by Nitish Kumar and interestingly, he wants action before the month end.(Agencies)
