Two injured in mysterious explosion in south Kashmir.
Two youth were injured in a mysterious explosion in Bahmnoo village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
Reports said that an explosive device went off in Bahmnoo village, resulting in injuries to two persons.
The blast took place at the site of July 3 gunfight in which three militants were killed and five houses blasted by the forces.
One of the injured was identified as Wakil Ahmad, son of Ghulam Ahmad Mir, has suffered multiple fractures and severe head injury. He was shifted to SKIMS Soura for specialised treatment, said a health official.
Another injured, identified as Umar has suffered splinter injuries in chest and abdomen.
