Fresh batch of yatris leave for Kashmir
Fresh batch of yatris left base camp of Jammu on Wednesday amid tight security cover. Officials said the 1782 pilgrims were taken in 64 vehicles for Kashmir.
In the past 21 days of amaranth yatra more than two lakh yatris have visited kashmir valley so far. Dozens of yatris died due to cardiac arrest on way to aramnath cave.
Central government has deployed more additional troops for the safety and security of yatra after the recent militant attack.
