Four tourists among seven killed in Gondola
Baramulla :Seven persons, including four of a family, were killed on Sunday after Gondola cable derailed in tourist resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Over hundred persons were stranded after the accident.
The deceased included, among others, a couple from New Delhi, their two children and a local tourist guide.
A police official said that mishap took place due to derailment of cable from the pulley.
SSP Baramulla Imtiyaz Hussain said that they are ascertaining the cause of derailment.
