Court seek response why Koul commission report not in public domain
Jammu and Kashmir high court has sought response from jandk government as why M L Koul commission of inquery report is not in public domain.
Retired justice Moti Lal Koul submitted his commission of inquery report to chief minister Mehbooba Mufti in December 2016.however the government has not made the contents of this report public. This commssion was set up to probe and fix the responsibility in 2010 unrest killings. It is in place to mention that in the summer of year 2010 more than 120 youth including teenagers were killed by police and security forces to control the unrest.
