Army has free hand in kashmir says Vankaiah
union minster venkaiah Naido told a news channel that they have given free hand to army to deal with growing protests in Kashmir valley.
He ruled out any talks with separatists and said that they were handful of people who are making trouble at the behest of Pakistan.
He said that the army major Tarun Gogoi who tied a civilian with the jeep needs all appreciation for doing so.
