Mani led delegation hold talks with Mirwaiz
The delegation led by Mani Shankar Ayer has discussed ways and means of starting a dialogue process with Mirwaiz Umar Farooq at his Nageen residence today.
Reports said that the delegates expressed their concern over the failure of central and state governments to break the cycle of unrest in kashmir. More details are awaited. The delegation has fixed an appointment with syed All shah Geelani also in the day.
