A delegation of Centre for Peace and Progress comprising Mani Shankar Aiyar, O.P. Shah, Kapil Kak, Vinod Sharma, Khalid Tufail and I.D. Khajuria, met the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here this evening.
The delegation had an extensive discussion on wide ranging issues pertaining to Jammu & Kashmir. Members of the delegation, who had met leaders of various segments of the society during their visit, informed the Chief Minister about their impressions.
Mehbooba Mufti appreciated the initiative taken by them and informed them that she has been advocating that dialogue and peaceful means of engagement are the only ways ahead to get the issues resolved.
