Football club to every village 0f valley.
In a big development, the Jammu and Kashmir government has announced to establish football clubs in every village of the Valley. A recent meeting of the Standing Committee of J&K Sports Council announced an initial amount of Rs 50 lakhs in this regard.
Presiding the meeting, Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Technical Education and Information Technology, Imran Raza Ansari said, “The government is trying every bit to create world class sports facilities for the local talent to flourish. Our youth has already proved their mettle in the recent sports events at national and international levels.”
