N.N. Vohra holds discussions with Rajnath
Srinagar: As already reported by media that J&K Governor N.N. Vohra has been summoned to New Delhi for the consultations and feedback about the ground situation, he met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday and discussed Kashmir.
Media reports from New Delhi quoting Home Ministry sources said that Vohra discussed ground situation of Kashmir and also apprised the Union Home Minister about his assessment of the situation. It was not known what transpired between the two about the present government of Mehbooba Mufti as the media has been reporting from New Delhi that Governor’s rule was till an option with the government of India as there is no improvement in ground situation.
The killings of two soldiers at the Border and sneak attack on the cash van of Bank in which five cops and two bank employees were killed has also come in the discussions reportedly between the two. Reports further said that Vohra may hold discussions with Prime Minister also.
