Seven killed including 5 cops in Kulgam Bank Van attack
Srinagar: Police confirmed this evening that 5 cops and two bank officials were killed in a suspected militant attack.when they looted a cash van in Kulgam. Earlier, DIG South P.S. Pani was quoted by PTI News Agency that the 4 cops and two bank officials were killed after being dragged out of the vehicle.
The cash van of J&K Bank was passing through a village area of Kulgam when the attack was conducted. In the vehicle several policemen were also present.Reports said that they looted fifty lack cash and 4 service rifles of slain cops.
