Azad not for central rule
Srinagar: Ghulam Nabi Azad Congress leader and former Chief Minister of J&K have said that Central rule was not the solution to the prevailing problems in J&K State. His statement is contrary to the statement of former Union Home Minister and Congress leader P. Chidambaram who has advocated for the Central rule and has asked Mehbooba Mufti to step-down.
On Monday in an interview with news agency ANI Azad said that the peace will not return so long as BJP-PDP government was in office. However, he said that Governor’s rule is never a solution to the prevailing problems of J&K State.
