Shut down derails life in Valley.

Srinagar: A complete shut down is observed across the valley in view of strike call given by separatist groups against the killing of youth at Batmaloo and ruthless beating of students at the hands of security forces in Pulwama.
Call for the shutdown was given by the joint resistance leadership comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.
All shops and other business establishments are closed while public transport is off the roads.
A 19-year-old boy Sajad Hussain was killed late last evening in Batamaloo area of Srinagar after according to locals a forces party opened fired on him.
Local sources said that heavy deployment of police and other government forces has been man in a round Batamaloo who were not allowing people to move out of their houses.
According to reports,Curfew like restrictions are in place in the area,
