Farooq to preside over NC meet
Dr Farooq Abdullah is slated to preside over NC working committee meet on Saturday at zero bridge office. The meeting is being held at the back drop of scheduled delegate convention to be held to pave way for Umar Abdullah to take over.
Darbaar closes in Srinagar for 6 months
The government has closed civil secretariat in summer capital Srinagar and it will reopen in winter capital Jammu on November 6. This particle of Dogra rule is being followed despite the fact that huge money is lost on transportation, boarding, lodging of employees in Jammu and Srinagar.
Police says hideouts busted in Tral
Police said that they have busted two hideouts of Jaish-e-Mohammed militants in Naristan village of tral during joint operation. Police said that army CRPF helped to bust these hideouts. Ealier also police claimed that they busted several hideouts in Tral.
Clashes at soura after protests
Reports from soura said that youth and police clashed after protests in the area by people. Protests were held on the call of joint resistance leadership in the area. Latest reports from the area suggest that clashes were going on and police has pounded the area with teargas shells.
Police says NIA summons for grandson of sallhudin
Police said that they have received summons from NIA against grandson of syed sallhudin in terror funding case.police further said that they have delivered the summons to Muzamil at suibugh.it has come after NIA arrested son of syed sallhudin Shahid an employee in Agriculture department.
