In the major srinagar rally of party delegates national conference has elected dr farooq abdullah as party president. Although omer abdullah tried to take over the party but the stiff resistance by party elders forced him to wait. Reports surface about militant plan against Sajad Lone
Reports have surfaced in some sections of media that militants were planning to assissinate Sajad Lone who is cabinet minister in Mehbooba Mufti dispensation.
