Large Friday gatherings witnessed at Jamia Masjid and Khanqah Maula

First Friday of Holy Month of Ramzan was observed in Srinagar city with religious fervor as a large number of people gathered at Jamia Masjid Srinagar and also at Khanqah Moula to offer the Friday prayers.
Children were seen doing ablutions in the water tank of Jamia Masjid Srinagar as Kashmir is witnessing unprecedented rise in temperatures these days.
Many people were seen reciting Holy Quran inside the Jamia Masjid as this main Masjid has been opened for the prayers after a long time by authorities recently.
At Khanqah Maula a large number of women had come to offer Friday prayers as the covid restrictions have been eased completely in Srinagar and other parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
