No redressal of public complaints for restoration of Airtel fiber

There have been a lot of complaints in the media against the ground staff in different areas of Srinagar city deployed by Airtel for the restoration of Airtel fiber.
These complaints have compounded in the recent past especially after the snowfall as the fiber went down in many localities and was not restored for days together.
Now even after so many days the complaints persist and one of the complainants namely Zahoor Ahmad Dar told Voice of Valley that he registered a complaint on 13-March 2022 under complaint number 10024699322 and so far no redressal has been possible.
He said that till 16 March evening, no person had come to set right the Airtel fiber in his area in the Mehbooba Colony Budshah Nagar.
He said that there are similar complaints pending of many other people with the Airtel fiber office without ground staff coming to the area to set right the fiber.
He said that if they do not set the fiber right, the people in the area would be forced to disconnect the Airtel fiber and get this facility from any other company.
