When sunshine’s in February, is spring far behind?

Bright sunshine on Saturday has signaled the pleasant change in the weather especially in Kashmir valley. The dry weather spell has started and the bright sunshine not only gives the indication that very soon flowers will sprout and there will be only greenery around us.
