Possible recurrence
There is a possibility of covid-19 infection spreading like the recent second wave as the people are trying to behave irresponsibly in the markets of Jammu and Kashmir and also when they come out to join back their duties.
LG Manoj Sinha has been conducting meetings regularly with his administration regarding the covid-19 situation and in this direction he took District-wise assessment of Covid situation with Covid Task Force, DCs, and SPs.
He asked his administration especially the health department to Test-Track-Treat and now, so that there is no recurrence of covid infection on a mass scale in Jammu and Kashmir.
He has asked for the vigorous campaign by the health department to educate people about the vaccination as according to the Manoj Sinha Teeka is the long term solution to mitigate the spread of CoronaVirus. He asked the health department to increase RT-PCR Testing in areas with High Positivity rate, so that it goes down and the trend is arrested here.
Micro Containment Zones at Panchayat Level will play a major role in tackling Covid Situation while the beds are available with oxygen facility in the panchayats for the village people so that they do not have to come out and travel to the city hospitals for the treatment.
In order to contain the covid-19 infection Manoj Sinha has been taking the feedback from the ground about the positivity rate and has asked his administration to keep itself ready to treat the people in any emergency.
