Fight against covid
The government of Jammu and Kashmir is fighting back the second wave of pandemic with all force. Recently the government got nine new oxygen plants from Germany and they would be installed both in Jammu and Kashmir regions.
Already the oxygen generation capacity of the existing plants has been enhanced especially in the government run hospitals with the result the complaints about the non availability of oxygen have come down.
Due to the testing and vaccination, there has been a market change in the average positive cases while the restrictions are being eased in a phased manner so that there is no rush in the markets and people adhere to the sops.
Recently the government has appealed to people of Jammu and Kashmir to cooperate with the government about the covid appropriate behavior and have asked people to strictly follow the guidelines and save not only themselves from the infection but also the other people.
With the result, the markets are being opened on an odd even basis while the weekend curfew is still in force along with night curfew so that the second wave of pandemic is curtailed to great extent on the ground.
If the people will cooperate with authorities and show response to the sops and also adhere themselves to the covid appropriate behavior, the number of covid positive cases will come down and so the precious human lives would be saved.
