The houseboat keepers in the evening hour’s row back to the houseboats to keep them clean and ready for the tourists who are not coming to Kashmir due to covid-19 pandemic.

Recently the business community of Kashmir met together with the high officials of J&K government demanding from the  a comprehensive financial package for the vulnerable sections which include the tourism sector as the corona curfew has broken the back of such classes in Kashmir.

But so far the government is silent on the package while the people connected with the tourism industry are reeling under debt and economic depression.
