Season of plenty in Sindh valley

In these days of autumn, the season of plenty that is the paddy harvesting is in full swing in the entire Ganderbal district especially all along the road going towards Sonmarg.

With non local laborers not coming due to pandemic, locals especially the women are harvesting the paddy during these days. Most of the locals are working in their paddy lands to harvest and keep rice ready for the winter months.

Most of the farming families in Kashmir especially in Ganderbal district, keep the rice for their families especially for the winter months. With bright sunshine adding to the colors of Sindh valley, blue sky along with mountain peaks in the background make this harvesting season a picture perfect for lens men. I also tried to capture some of these breathtaking paddy cultivation scenes in this rich scenic valley of Sindh.
