Handwara, June 17 (KNS): In a impressive  manner the Former Municipal Committee Chairman, on Wednesday re elected for the post in Handwara.
According to KNS, Masroor Ahmad Banday got seven votes out of thirteen while his opponent got six votes.
Earlier this year, Banday was removed as chairman of the MCH after no confidence motion was passed against him (KNS)
