Militants holed up in Panzan shrine
Many news agencies have reported that militants were holed up in a shrine at Panzan village of choudora in Budgham district on thrusday morning. Police said that on specific information they went to a house at Panzan village and it triggered gunfight. Reports said that militants managed to escape from the house and entered into a nearby shrine . Ndtv reported that police was trying to convey through village elders to the holed up militants to surrender.Internet services were suspended in entire Budgham district to avoid protests and violence .
