Clashes as civilian laid to rest at iddgah
Reports from Noor Bagh said that large number of people participated in the funeral procession of slain civilian Mohd saleem Malik .reports said that police used excessive force against the mourners but they managed to reach iddgah. Reports said that clashes erupted again after the civilian was laid to rest. Police has been quoted by few local news agencies saying that they entered into the house of Malik where militants were hiding. It resulted in a gunfight and the house owner was killed.police has further said that they have started investigation as how he was killed.authorities have imposed restrictions in downtown Srinagar and have suspended Internet services to prevent protests and violence.
