Officer among 5 army men injured in cross-border shelling at Krishna Ghati .

Five army men including an officer were injured in cross-border shelling at Krishna Ghati sector in Mendhar area of Poonch district in Jammu region.
A police officer confirmed the injuries and said that all the five army men of 4 MLI regiment were immediately evacuated and airlifted to military hospital Udhampur for treatment.
The official sources said that the injuries caused after Pakistani army violated the ceasefire at around 7:30 am.
The fire was responded strongly and the intermittent exchange of firing was going on in the area. (GNS)
