Rail service suspended yet again
Northern railway authorities have decided late not to have railway service on tuesday from Srinagar to Banihal. The decision was taken as a precautionry measure to avoid protests and violence which can damage the property of railways in Kashmir valley.
Passengers who travel by train have been at the receiving end of railway authorities during the current year. This is 47 th disruption in railway service during the current year in Kashmir. The service is otherwise very poor and most of the trains have no window panes in this severe winter.despite complaints by passengers the railway authorities only take refuge under the Kashmir situation and in the process give very poor service to passengers here.
