Minor girl’s hair chopped at Noor Bagh
On thrusday braid choppers caught hold of a minor girl at Noor bagh Qamarwari in Srinagar and managed to chop her hair.police has confirmed the incident and have identified the girl along with parentage (name withheld ) and claimed that they were investigating the case.
